We grow through connected relationship, not in isolation
therapy grounded in authenticity and relationship in the Fraser Valley
maybe you feel like you’ve lost yourself…
Maybe the demands of daily life or expectations from others have you feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma, chronic stress, or other experiences that shifted you into survival mode or have you feeling stuck. Maybe your emotions feel like giant, uncontrollable waves that rise out of nowhere, and it feels like you’re out at sea without a life raft.
My hope is to support you in connecting with the parts of you that are still present through these experiences — parts that hold wisdom and clarity, curiosity and compassion — so that you may cultivate a peace you can carry within yourself, and a sense of your own resilience and strength.

About Me
I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC, #19415). I have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and have conducted research on attachment and rejection’s relationship with one’s self-concept clarity, as well as on female therapist’s experience of development as therapists.
I grew up in Pennsylvania, and moved with my family when I was 12 years old to beautiful British Columbia. I have loved and lived here ever since. This experience, while overall positive, created a kind of chasm within me which contributed to feelings of disconnection from myself. I grew an interest in understanding identity and how one is shaped through their relational and cultural contexts, which eventually motivated me throughout my studies. Through this I discovered a passion for supporting others in discovering and coming back to who they truly are and in finding peace within the Self. I feel truly honoured to work with my clients and find so much meaning and purpose in what I do. When I am not supporting clients I love running, particularly on trails, reading books, travelling with loved ones, and cuddling with my labradoodle Polly.

“Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting–
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.”
