While therapy can be a useful (and sometimes irreplaceable) resource to explore and support our well-being, there are a number of resources accessible right now that can help you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Below I’ve compiled a number of resources that I hope you’ll find helpful, whether it’s in between our sessions or on your own as you explore alternative options.
